He cleverly toys with perspective by bringing her breast both behind and in front of her knee, adding movement and giving her a sense of unrest in anticipation.

We cannot see the woman's face - The Unknown Lover. The man's eyes are missing, alluding to the famous "see no evil" proverb. This tableaux is mysteriously titled "Anal".
